Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are per room per night only inc. VAT (or local taxes) at the current rate.
Payment of Accounts: Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the Hotel.
Cancellation Policy: There is no charge, and any deposit paid will be returned, if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled in line with the hotels policy. Cancellations: should the need arise, immediately cancel your reservation online. Amendments: simply cancel and rebook online. However, if it is within 2 days of your intended arrival, contact the Corus Reservations Office. Instructions are contained in your booking confirmation email.
Children Policy: Children under 6 years stay free on the basis of one child sharing per adult. Cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please enter requests for extra child beds and/or cots, noting the age of the child, in the comments box when booking online.
Group Booking Policy: Reservations where 6 or more rooms under the same name for the same arrival date will be classed as a Group Booking and may require a deposit or full pre-payment before the date of arrival.

Failure to comply with the law will be a criminal offence which carries a fixed penalty.
